Oooops,They Did it Again: No Justice for Jasper County Victims

Back on May 2, 2018 I let you know about the saga of John Doe and Mr. Got Dad's Money -- the 70 year old man that Mr. Got Dad's Money turned around and came back to beat the crap out of and he was never charged.  

 I saw John Doe last weekend -- still wearing the bruises from that beat down AND here is something else Mr. Got Dad's Money should be real proud of -- he beat an elderly man who walks with cane. 

 At this point all I can say about the Prosecuting Attorney is God will take care of this in the end, hope you and Mr. Money can explain it then!  However, our APPOINTED Prosecuting Attorney will have another one to add to the list of "REALLY?"!  

 Mr. Landowner owns an empty lot across the street from Mr. Renter. Mr. Renter decides he needs to put up a mailbox on Mr. Landowner's empty lot and decides he doesn't need permission to do so. Mr. Renter digs a hole, plants a mailbox on the empty lot across the street from his house. Mr. Landowner talks to Mr. Renter face to face and politely asks him to remove it from the property, Mr. Renter refuses to do so. Mr. Landowner does what any normal, taxpaying citizen would do, he gets a shovel and digs the mailbox up REMOVING IT FROM HIS PROPERTY. So let me ask you, what do you think the ending of this story is? I would say that Mr. Renter would be charged with trespassing at least. NO NOPE NODA - Mr. Landowner has been charged with stealing. I am NOT kidding you!

 And, yes, again I am urging you when you vote to WRITE IN someone else's name for Prosecuting Attorney.

    It was left on his personal property so it is not theft. It was trespassing or the part of the renter. The owner of the renters property should have been the one to approach the owner of the other property to request the mailbox to be placed on the property.

      Not exactly sure how this works, but sometimes the postal service tells you where to put your mailbox and nobody has a say in it.

      Seems like most critics can't handle criticism against them. And I'm confused as to why she chose not to use names on this blog but has no problem blasting others names on other blogs.

More and more I am seeing bonds that are being issued by the judges as "10% cash required to the court".   Here are 4 just off the Jasper County Sheriff's Office roster: 1.  Cody Proffitt - 18AO-CR00761 - Stealing Controlled Substance -  D Felony $3,000 - 10% cash required 2.  Jesse Sprinkle - 17AO-CR01562-01 - 2nd/Assault - B Felony $15,000 - 10% cash required 3.  Darrell Towne - 18AO-CR00882 - Domestic Assault - E Felony $10,000 - 10% cash required 4.  Scott Troutman - 18AO-CR00490-01 - Attempted Burglary/Receive Stolen Prop/ Assault C Felony $35,000 - 10% cash required With these type bonds the defendant posts 10% of the bond with the court and gets a 90% discount for the rest.  Remember from past articles I have told you that when a defendant is on bond with a bondsman and takes off, they have to find him or pay the entire amount of the bond, 100% to...
