DO YOU KNOW WHERE YOUR TAX DOLLARS ARE GOING AND WHY?

For several months now I have been trying to get information in front of my readers concerning what I see as problems with the 29th Judicial District Court that will/are effect/affecting the pocketbook of the taxpaying citizens of Jasper County.  They are replacing a system that cost the TAX PAYERS NOTHING, with a system that costs them millions.  And on top of that bullshit they believe the Defendant is the actual Victim.  
This blog is the only way that I know of to get the information out to as many citizens of Jasper County as possible as they have had no contact with the court system and because of this they are not aware of the issues because it doesn't affect them.  
On the following cases, the defendant was released Pretrial Release Program or on his Own Recognizance:

Through the research I have done I have learned quite a lot, when a defendant is Released on their Own Recognizance or on the Pretrial Release program there is no one actively looking for them - if they are lucky enough to get stopped on a traffic stop and their drivers license ran, warrants come up, they are arrested and returned to jail.  However the judge can then Release on their Own Recognizance or Pretrial Release program again, and that has happened - don't have room to include those in this article.  The charges on those listed above are:  3 Forgery, 2 Fugitive From Justice, 1 Receiving Stolen Property, 1 Trespass, 1 Stealing, 1 Tampering with a Motor Vehicle and 1 Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.  The true VICTIMS on these cases have no closure, and the DEFENDANTS ARE OUT THERE REEKING CHAOS AND MAYHEM on the citizens of Jasper County.

Oooops,They Did it Again: No Justice for Jasper County Victims

Back on May 2, 2018 I let you know about the saga of John Doe and Mr. Got Dad's Money -- the 70 year old man that Mr. Got Dad's Money turned around and came back to beat the crap out of and he was never charged.    I saw John Doe last weekend -- still wearing the bruises from that beat down AND here is something else Mr. Got Dad's Money should be real proud of -- he beat an elderly man who walks with cane.   At this point all I can say about the Prosecuting Attorney is God will take care of this in the end, hope you and Mr. Money can explain it then!  However, our APPOINTED Prosecuting Attorney will have another one to add to the list of "REALLY?"!   Mr. Landowner owns an empty lot across the street from Mr. Renter.
